“Cooking & Stress Reduction: A Summer Retreat to Nourish Body and Soul” O=is open to people living with breast, ovarian or gynecological cancer. Pre-registration required. A hands-on interactive program. In the morning, learn useful and delicious ways to simplify cooking whole food, nutrient dense meals. After enjoying a delicious meal with good company, there will be an afternoon workshop about how herbs can allow the body to relax, and also help with sleep, food digestion and more.
