Join Jillian Naveh, Farm to Table Chef Instructor at The Sylvia Center at Katchkie Farm in Kinderhook, in Olana’s flower garden for a garden picnic! This public program is both educational and functions like a little pop-up restaurant experience onsite. In the stunning landscape, with spectacular views, attendees will work alongside Chef Jillian, receive recipes, and eat marvelous foods. Participants will learn about a variety of herbs and wild edibles and their culinary, nutritional, and medicinal values, as well as how to use these ingredients in a variety of recipes.
