Begin your new year with a day away from the busyness of your life and the busyness of your mind. Treat yourself to a day of mindfulness with Stephanie Speer, a certified and experienced Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction instructor, who will provide you with a day of rest, relaxation and renewal including instruction and guidance as you engage in a variety of mindfulness practices such as sitting, walking, eating, guided meditations, and movement. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome! Within this safe and supportive environment, you will have an opportunity to de-stress, gain balance, and awaken joy. Lunch included.
