This day-long retreat for young people will start by reading a children’s book Water Babies by Richard Kingsley (1860s). Students will study one painting that is an underwater scene. From the outline and sketch, students will create a 16 x 20” underwater scene. Students will also take a hike around Olana’s lake, and snack on fish and gummy worms.
