Foodies who wish to experience Pardus's cooking outside the CIA have just earned their golden ticket. The top notch chef plans to take over two separate establishments, on two separate nights, in order for his pop-up restaurant "Lucky Me Noodles" to come to life. On Sunday December 7th Elephant in Kingston will host Pardus's pop-up restaurant, and the following Monday, December 8th, "Lucky Me Noodles" arrives in New Paltz at CafeTeria. Both restaurants will begin their take over at 5pm offering specialty noodle bowls will be offered for $10 each.
"While living in Singapore, I realized that noodles were the East Asian equivalent of Pizza...something everyone loves to eat that's quick, cheap, and delicious,” said Pardus.“When I returned to New Paltz, I realized that, in a college town with 7 pizza shops, there should be room for a place to get a quick bowl of noodles. I want to be that place. It has to be good, inexpensive, and offer variations on the theme - just like a pizza shop, or a Singaporean Hawker Stall."
