When: Fridays, 9-10 a.m. Continues through Dec. 31
All classes are multi-level and have the elements of centering, meditation, breath work, a flow through sequences of postures, and end with shivasana. Students are invited to meet the body where it’s at each day and are offered options for challenge and ease in each class.
