Woodstock Arts Fair: Perfect for Holiday Gift Shopping | Visual Art | Hudson Valley | Chronogram Magazine

More than forty artists and craftspeople working in a wide variety of genres and media, including painting, printmaking, woodworking, fiber art, jewelry, pottery and ceramics, chocolate and photography will participate in the 4th Annual Woodstock Arts Fair at the Woodstock Jewish Congregation on Sunday, November 27th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Once again, the Fair is just in time for filling that holiday gift list.

The Arts Fair is co-sponsored by WJC and ART TIMES, a literary journal and resource for the fine and performing arts.  It provides an opportunity for area residents and visitors to view and purchase work made by artists and craftspeople, some of whom have travelled from as far as Manhattan to be part of the Fair. In addition to original art and crafts items, the artists and craftspeople will sell prints, note cards, CDs, books, jewelry, candy and other items.

There is no entry fee to attend the Fair, however, a $5 donation for adults will be appreciated.  Children under 12 are admitted free. A delicious food menu prepared by Cafe Mezzaluna Bistro Latino is available for dining throughout the day. The indoor event will take place rain or shine at the Woodstock Jewish Congregation, 1682 Glasco Turnpike (just north of the intersection of Glasco Turnpike and Route 212).
