Classes explain the history, practices, and principles of the Karma Kagyu Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Arrive at 7 pm for a half-hour of sitting meditation before the class begins at 8:30 pm. Based on a book of introductory teachings by Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche, KTD's Abbot, the course covers topics including meditation, ethical conduct, compassion, altruism, and mindfulness. No preregistration is necessary.
