Fall Health Fair

Flu shots will be available. Screenings include: balance assessment, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), bone density screening, cholesterol screening (10-12 hour fasting required), oxygen pulse oximetry and pulmonary function testing. More than a dozen informational tables will be set up and free refreshments will be offered.
