Sept. 29 – Oct. 2, 2011

Challenge yourself with rigorous mountain hiking and yoga asanas in the Catskill Mountains! Explore the beautiful nature of upstate New York, while also tuning in and toning up. Yoga asanas will help detox and restore the body, and a local certified Catskills hiking guide will lead intermediate three-hour exhilarating local hikes. This weekend also includes tennis, swimming, and classes. Courses will also cover pranayama and meditation. Nutritional organic and alkaline meals—free of dairy, meat, and caffeine—will be prepared daily. Meals will be supplemented with fresh green juices and delicious smoothies.  Massages and wellness treatments will also be available (for an additional cost) in our new state-of-the-art Mahasukha Spa.
